Recently a nairalander asked me this very question “What is the difference between a Website and a Blog” and it got me into a brief thought, and then i rushed off to google to find out what both is outside whatever I might have known from my daily experience working with both websites and blogs. If i’m asked my own personal opinion, to me a website and a blog are two sides of the same coin, with one looking a bit different from the other and yet part of the whole. I will not dwell on technicalities but will try to answer the question in a plain language that we all can understand and hope webmasters here can add their voice to it also. First, to understand the difference between websites and blogs, I think the first thing is to know what both of them are and from there we can deduce the difference and similarities between both.
